  • Optional: Macro nutrient guidance (protein, carbs, and fat). I am not a Registered Dietician so I can't make meal plans, but I can calculate the macro nutrients for you to eat to support your goals and share resources for meals and nutrition.

  • Optional: One video chat or phone call per month to discuss your goals, progress, barriers, and anything else related to your fitness journey.
  • Optional Add-On: For those in Chicago, optional add-on in-person training services. The price will vary based on location and availability, ranging from $50-100/hour.

Hi, I'm Jess! I have been lifting since 2019 and am excited to share the joy of strength and growth with you!

 

I tried various different forms of exercises for years - I hated running, I liked kickboxing but the gym was too expensive, I found group classes to be overwhelming... one day I started lifting with a simple PDF program and my life has been changed forever!
