In-Person Sessions
The Strength Foundations Bundle is for those who don’t need ongoing coaching or programs, but would like an in-person session to work on form or learn new movements.

$130 per month. Package Discount: 3 months for $345 ($115/month)
Workout programming tailored to you and your goals.
I can accommodate your equipment availability (no need to get a gym membership if you don’t want to!).
The program will be based on long term progressive overload (constantly building toward your goals), and accommodate your lifestyle.
Your program evolves over time based on your progress.
Weekly Check-ins
You answer questions via text, I respond with a voice memo or video.
Form Feedback
Send me videos of exercises and I will give advice. We can also do this live via video call.
Text Me Anytime
I will respond pretty quickly during business hours and within 36 hours at other times.

Optional: Macro nutrient guidance (protein, carbs, and fat). I am not a Registered Dietician so I can’t make meal plans, but I can calculate the macro nutrients for you to eat to support your goals and share resources for meals and nutrition.
Optional: One video chat or phone call per month to discuss your goals, progress, barriers, and anything else related to your fitness journey.
Optional Add-On: For those in Chicago, optional add-on in-person training services. The price will vary based on location and availability, ranging from $50-100/hour.

I tried various different forms of exercises for years – I hated running, I liked kickboxing but the gym was too expensive, I found group classes to be overwhelming… one day I started lifting with a simple PDF program and my life has been changed forever!
